As you’ve probably heard me say a million times….I moved to Denver! The first thing I realized when I got here is it is dryyyyyy. Like, so dry. Especially compared to Texas. On one hand, it’s great because you sweat less but on the other hand, it’s hard to stay hydrated, especially when you add altitude into the mix! AND I’ve been more active (hikes are great, you guys!) so hydration has been a top priority for me. Recently I’ve been reaching for vitaminwater – it tastes awesome and keeps me hydrated.
