Am I the only one that’s still reeling over the fact that it’s 2016? Holy goodness. I REALLY loved that Sevi of Ware is the Vodka and Nicole of Writes Like a Girl both did a 2015 outfit recap post, so I decided to take inspiration from them and do my own!

Honestly one of the coolest things about a blog (or even just social media) is seeing how much you evolve over the course of the year. I feel like in the last year I’ve really matured a lot of as far as my style goes. Although I still gravitative towards fun, eclectic pieces, I find that I’m starting to mature a bit. (Just a bit….my Jeff Goldblum shirt is still in HEAVY rotation). With my ever-changing hair, I’ve started to wear more and more neutrals and I kind of love it. I’m accessorizing classic pieces to make them my own instead of having having every piece act as a statement piece. I’m also learning more about the best ways to dress my figure to make ME feel good about myself. If 2014 was the year of the pencil skirt for me, 2015 was the year of the midi skirt!

So without further adieu, here are some of my favorite outfits of 2015 – cheers to 2016, loves! Thank you so much for reading – I appreciate you more than you know…I promise.

  1. I love an outfit re-cap post. Outfits posts on my blog are probably my favorite way to look back at the past year, you can tell so much about how you were feeling/what you were doing based on what you wore!!

All of these looks are badass chic, but the striped skirt and furry vest outfits are my favorite. Nice work! Happy New Year!!
