What’s that? Two AMAZING guest blog posts in one week?! I know, so exciting I can hardly stand it. Today is really exciting because I’ve had a few people request some plus size fashion posts and today, thanks to Miranda from the Millenial Wife, we are delivering! If you are on the hunt for affordable plus size clothing, this one’s for you.

Have you looked for affordable plus size clothing before, only to realize that most of the cute stuff is way too expensive? Or maybe even not your style? I’ve been there! It’s beyond frustrating!
Many top brands are finally starting to cater toward curvy girls, but their prices are far from affordable. And when you do find a reasonably priced store, their clothes look like they belong in the 80s, or on your 70-year-old grandmother.
But don’t worry — I’ve gathered a list of affordable plus size clothing stores that I think you will love!
Torrid is hands-down my favorite plus size clothing option. And it’s pretty affordable, too!
Torrid even has a Haute Cash program that allows you to save SO much money. They’re always sending me these really awesome 50% off coupons that you can use during certain periods of time. In addition, they offer free ship-to-store, which is another great way to save money. You can find your local Torrid store here.
Gwynnie Bee is a subscription service for plus size clothing. I love that you don’t have to actually buy any of the clothes…it’s like a constantly rotating closet! If you time it right, you’d basically never have to wear the same thing twice! You can get your first box free with this link!
Similar to Gwynnie Bee, Dia is a subscription service box for affordable plus size clothing! Unlike Gwynnie Bee, you’re encouraged to buy the clothing, but the $20 per box “styling fee” goes towards any purchase you make from their selections, and if you buy everything in the box, it’s 40% off!
What I really love about Dia is that they take a lot of time and care into choosing the clothing for you. They ask you a ton of personal questions about your size and style, and then ask you to rate each item they send you so that they can make sure to give you the best clothing for you. When I got my first box, I wanted to keep everything! They did such an awesome job.
Modcloth has the cutest clothes (especially dresses) that are perfect for any type of style! And they just started offering ALL of their clothing in every size, up to 4XL! I always take a look at ModCloth if I’m preparing for a fancy night out or holiday party. I even got my rehearsal dinner dress from them!
If you’re looking for some basic shirts, Rainbow is the perfect shop for you. Although they do have a variety of items, I usually make this my go-to stop for striped and solid basic tops. You can also get $10 off your first order when you sign up for their email list — score!
Missguided brings a whole new level of sassy and sexy to plus size clothing! They specifically cater to sizes 16-24, and their stuff is both glamorous and very affordable!
Looking for bold colors or gorgeous prints that allow you to stand out in the crowd? Look no further! Fashion to Figure has a large variety of affordable plus size clothing that’s trendy and doesn’t break your bank!
Asos carries plus size clothing up to size 24. If you have a unique style, I’m sure Asos carries something that will catch your eye! They have every type of clothing style you can think of! I ordered my bachelorette party dress from Asos and it’s still one of my favorite pieces of clothing I own. I always get so many compliments on it!
What’s a clothing list without Target? Sometimes you need a new top on short notice. Can you say, “Target to the rescue?” You more than likely have a Target a few miles from you home, so don’t forget that they have an affordable plus size clothing line as well! While their in-store offerings are sometimes bare bones, depending on your location, their online shop has a ton of stuff.
New on the block is the Swedish affordable plus size clothing company Ellos that carries a variety of different sizes and styles. I like their unique feel, and everything I’ve ordered from them has been super high-quality. This is a great place to get chunky cable-knit sweaters and rompers that you can depend on to last for a long time.
Although it might not seem like it on the surface, if you do some digging, there are plenty of options out there to score affordable plus size clothing! You just have to be willing to test them out and keep scouring for new stores and brands that are constantly popping up all over the place.
(It’s Valery again)
